These boundaries apply to the research described across Quantamathical.
Predictions are not measurements
Molecular property models, docking, and simulations provide computed outputs. They do not establish biological efficacy, safety, binding affinity, or successful synthesis. The reviewed candidates remain computational hypotheses.
Validation has a defined scope
Historical Atlas agreement is in-domain reproduction of available benchmark labels. The saved 20,000-molecule hERG evaluation is a separate ranking evaluation with its own endpoint and split limitations. Neither should be described as a complete prospective validation on unseen chemistry.
Target qualification matters
Docking performance depends on the target, preparation, and method. No target passport in the reviewed records had full GO status. A favorable single score should not be used as proof of potency or selectivity.
Generation does not guarantee novelty
Kashi, other generation methods, and manual designs can produce structures with prior art. A novelty check is limited to the sources and comparison method used. It does not establish patentability or freedom to operate.
Refinement has tradeoffs
A structural alert or model attribution is not experimental proof that a particular fragment causes a biological effect. A proposed edit can change multiple properties and must be reassessed. No general claim is made that all liabilities are removed or all desired properties preserved.
Cardiac research is not clinical clearance
The Cardiac Safety Oracle is a research tool. Its predictions and simulations depend on the inputs and exposure assumptions. Appropriate measured data and independent validation remain necessary.
Quantum feasibility is not quantum advantage
KHANDA's reviewed results are simulation-based. They do not establish end-to-end hardware performance or superiority over classical methods. Kashi's current reviewed default generation path is classical.
Dataset provenance and licensing
Atlas source identities derive from DrugBank and retain that source's terms. Quantamathical's computed columns are offered under CC-BY-4.0. The combined records should not be treated as having a single blanket open license.
